I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Nottingham and currently work full-time as a Clinical Psychologist for the NHS in community Mental Health Services.

I have extensive experience of working within child, adolescent and adult services, offering assessment and intervention to a broad range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, identity and relationship difficulties. My experience includes working with individuals and families in a flexible and collaborative manner to meet the presenting needs. I draw on evidence-based models to guide my therapeutic approaches taking a flexible and integrative stance to individualise intervention to each person that I work with. My special interests include attachment-informed interventions and use of narrative approaches to trauma-based difficulties including therapeutic life story work. I predominantly incorporate the principles of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) having completed Level 1 and Level 2 DDP training and I am currently working towards full DDP practitioner level.
