Clinical Psychologist

I am a caring and creative Clinical Psychologist primarily working in the NHS in child and adolescent mental health services. I have years of experience in various mental health roles (both clinical and non-clinical, NHS and private) working across the lifespan. I am confident in working with a wide range of presenting mental health, interpersonal, wellbeing and health related difficulties. In addition to my primary role in CAMHS, I continue to maintain knowledge and experience working with adults.

Areas of special interest:

I am versatile and integrative in my approach as well as committed to using evidence-based interventions collaboratively with young people and families. My work is informed by a number of psychological models including cognitive behavioural therapy; family approaches and third wave approaches such as cognitive analytic therapy (CAT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
